I have been searching high and low for a sunblock that didn't cause an allergic reaction on my skin and that could also be shared with my toddler. California Baby Sunblock has a light cintronella scent that is not unpleasant, spreads well considering it is water resistant and has few ingredients (a big plus). My toddler and I have been sunburn-free since using the product. The unscented version is just as effective but is more difficult to spread.

I bought this specifically for use at baseball games where the strong afternoon sun beats directly down on you for hours, and it works great. My husband is a redhead, so this really works. This rubs in much better than the Badger sunscreen and is smoother, but is still thick and very white on your skin. It is very waterproof, so great for sports. I have to scrub with an exfoliating towel to wash it off in the shower. It actually wears very well underneath makeup to give you extra sun (and therefore wrinkle) protection.

This product does what it is supposed to do....protect your child from the harmful rays of the sun and sunburn without all the harmful chemicals. If I put this on my children, I know they will not get a sunburnt no matter what. I have a very fair child and another child who is fair but tans nicely. I swear by this product and tell everyone about.

We live in Florida and have fair sensitive skin, so finding a sunscreen that works well without harsh chemicals is a must. This worked wonderfully as we spent the day in the pool and sun on the 4th of July. Although it seemed to not rub-in completely, we still loved it - and it has a great scent! I highly recommend this!

This sunscreen is expensive, but it is worth it. I use it on my two girls' faces everyday and they never complain about it burning their eyes. It is a tad harder to rub in than some alternative brands, but it hasn't been an issue with us. I love that it doesn't contain lots of harmful chemicals, and it smells great!

This stuff is expensive, but a little goes a long way. It has a nice citrusy scent and my son who is sensitive to some products does not react at all to this one. We tried the Aveeno baby one and his skin was irritated, but not with this one. Even gentle enough to use on his face. I also bought the stick because in theory it sounded good, but it doesn't apply/rub in as well as I'd like. But this lotion is a winner. Again expensive, but worth it.

This is a very effective and seemingly natural product for sun protection. We love it. We only have two complaints about it...first, while it's not that expensive, it's not the biggest container in the world by any means. Second, it's pretty heavy going on.
