After switching to all paraben-free cosmetics, I was thrilled to hear good reviews about Albolene. It definitely removes all makeup -- including waterproof mascara -- easily and with no scrubbing or tugging. I am not crazy about the greasy feeling after tissuing off, so I do still have to wash my face if I don't want the greasy feeling in my eyes. Recommended, but wish someone could find a non-greasy gentle way to remove eye makeup.

I use on lower legs daily, as prescribed by doctor.

I have skin that is very sensitive to fragrances and very sensitive eyes. This takes off my eye make up very gently and thoroughly and is very inexpensive to buy than all of the other brands I have tried.

I never use this product for its intended purpose. So you may want to disregard the check marks above. This stuff is so much better than K-Y jelly that there is really no comparison. I know! I was surprised too when a friend "turned me on to it" but it really is the best. And it is nice that it is much more economical as well. I don't know about its ability to take of a face, but it is great a puting a smile on ones face.

Years ago I learned that Albolene was the best personal lubricant for intimate encounters. While it cannot be used with condoms, for those in a trusting, monogamous relationship, there is nothing better to enhance the experience.

This is one of the few products I can use that actually keeps my skin hydrated. I have VERY dry skin and some outbreaks of ezcema, and when I use this instead of soap, it clears everything up. Yes, I use it lightly on my whole body occasionally, and on my face daily. It's great to use if you have sensitive skin and shaving causes razor burn.

I bought this because i have very dry skin and most foaming cleansers dry out my face. Additionally, i find washing my face with them to be annoying. This stuff goes on very easily, and is very similar to vaseline. Wiping it off takes off almost all makeup and dirt and leaves face moisturized and in better condition than before. I use it only at night though, because it would be hard to apply makeup over this.

I have used this product for over 50 years. I have tried others and have always gone back to my Albolene. Over that time I have gone from 20's to 70. From sun to snow to sun. It still works and my skin looks good!

This is definitely my lazy day makeup remover..when I really don't feel like washing my face! It works great when I use it, I just don't use it regularly. Very effective at removing eye makeup and leaves my face very soft and moisturized. My sister has used it a few times and she also really likes it.

Great for dry hands, dry feet and as a personal lube.
