Really like this product as it is more natural and you have no adverse side effects such as jitters. I used this before to lose a few pounds and as the directions say, took a dose early in the day with water, watched my diet carefully and even exercised about 20 minutes a day, and lost five pounds in one week. Recommended and it is affordable.
