I drink CIB every morning. I have perfect teeth and very strong bones, and I attribute it to a lifetime of drinking this daily. The vanilla version is a little sweet IMO, but if you put a dash of vanilla extract in it, that cuts the sweetness and improves the flavor. It blends very smoothly into milk, and doesn't have that awful protein shake aftertaste the outrageously expensive brands do. No blender needed with this brand. This is also great because it has no soy or artificial sweeteners in it. This is a terrific base for a vanilla or berry milkshake, either with ice cream, yogurt and/or frozen or fresh berries.

Ew! I bought this to make smoothies with and the smell was overpowering. My friend likened it to the protein powder he used to drink, and had bad memories just smelling the smoothie. I left it out in a common area hoping that someone else might make a use of it. Never buying another one ever!

This is a great supplement. I'm in the middle of some dental work & am worried that I'm not getting enough protein. This is a great addition to my diet. And, it's delicious ... tastes like a milkshake. Vanilla & strawberry are my favorites.

Our pediatrician recommended this for our 13-month old. We use less than the recommended serving and it's still very flavorful and she's getting extra calories and vitamins that she needs to grow. She loves it.

I would rather my 10-year-old son drink more milk and eat more dairy products, but he won't and this is a good way to get more calcium and fruit in his diet. I add it to milk and add fruit and blend it like a smoothie and he gets extra vitamins that way.

Started this with my son who has been a very picky eater. I couldn't get him off the bottle and he wouldn't drink milk in a cup. As soon as I started using this and switched to a sippy cup we have been successful and no more bottles. We have had problems with him gaining weight so he has gained 2 pounds in the last month (19 months and now 22lbs) and I hope we can get him to catch up by continuing with the use of this product. He doesn't like strawberry or chocolate so we have only used vanilla.
