This powder doesn't add glow, it's very sparkly/glittery. The specs are small but still looks too 80's. The glitter traveled all over my face, wouldn't stay where I put it. This might be because the product arrived partially crumbled in the package and I tried to use it at a loose powder. Even with a very light hand, this is very messy.
