If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, considering pregnancy, or under the age of 20 years, do not use this product.  Only take DHEA under the supervision of a qualified health professional.  Seek a doctor's advice before taking DHEA if you are taking prescription drugs, OTC drugs, or nutritional supplements.  Consult with a doctor before taking DHEA if you or your family has a history of heart disease, cancer (especially breast cancer, prostate cancer, or other hormone-related health issues), prostate enlargement, or cholesterol problems.  DHEA should not be used for weight training or athletic performance.  DHEA is not effective as sports nutrition, and can cause serious adverse events - especially in younger individuals - if used in conjunction with athletic training.  Take DHEA as directed.  Do not exceed suggested serving size.  Taking too much DHEA can exacerbate side effects, which may include elevated estrogen levels, mood swings, irritability, facial hair growth in femals, hair loss, and skin problems such as acne.  If you experience adverse events such as dizziness, blurry vision, rapid heartbeat, or any other abnormalties, stop taking DHEA and call your doctor immediately.  Keep out of reach of children.

For adults over the age of 55, take one (1) quick release capsule two times daily with water as directed by your qualified health professional.  Individuals under the age of 55 should consult a physician before using DHEA.
