Well, this was a surprise! For a very cheap price the ingredients are close to what would cost me $!24. at the dermatologist. Honestly. I went to dr for clogged facial pores and that is what it cost to get their cleanser. It was a small bottle too. The problem is that years of using apricot pit cleansers had irritated and enlarged my pores. I need to use a very mild soothing cleanser. Zapzyt has the same chamomile in it as a soother yet will keep oily face clean without over drying and irritating skin. Less than $5. and the best cleanser for my oily skin I have ever used. I use it 2X day, morning then before bed - then I put the Physicians Formula x121 cream on. These 2 products are my Go-to's!

I have used this face wash for years. Whenever I try to change - nothing works as well as this one. It clears my skin without drying it out. Simple and effective!

I have used much more expensive face washes and always come back to this one. Cheap and effective. It clears my skin but doesn't dry it out. Can't say enough about this great face wash! Love it!!!

I have a dry - combination skin. After enjoying my clear face for a year, ance came back...a little bit more severe than before. So I got this product and used it twice a day. It dried my skin and didn't treat my acne.

Now I stick with the regimen that has worked for me before, and my acne problem has been better since. I apply 2.5% or 5% benzoyl peroxide and leave it on for about 15 minutes before washing my face. I use a milder clenser that doesn't leave my face dry. Then, I apply a spot treatment on my pimples, a mild cream/lotion with exfoliating agents, an acne scars treatment on areas that have no pimples, and sunscreen (during the day).

Bioterge AS 40 is listed as an ingredient. Bioterge AS 40 is not an ingredient. It is a trade name for Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate. Use the correct INCI ingredient names on your ingredient lists.

I have used several products and I found this to be the best for keeping my skin clear but not dry. I highly recommend!

First of all, I have acne prone, oily skin. My acne is the worst on my chin and forehead. I have tried just about everything on my skin and never really found anything that I would buy more than once. This, however, has changed that. It honestly works better than anything else I have tried. It leaves my face feeling smooth and very clean. Within just a couple days, my breakouts are diminished.
I love it! I definitely recommend it to anyone that has oilier skin and moderate acne. It probably isn't too great if you have dry skin.

This wash left my skin smooth, but with a tight and itchy feeling. It was just too drying for me to use effectively. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin, and think this wash is better for more moderate forms of acne with oily skin types. I like the fact there were less chemicals in the ingredient list than most other acne cleansers and the scent was neutral.
