Start with clean skin.  Peel white film backing from the mask sheet and discard.  Place mask, gel side down, on face.  Remove after 20 - 30 minutes; do not wash or rinse face afterwards.  For best results, store Water-Full Hydrogel Mask in a refrigerator.
