Remove lid and twist the base of the pen until the formula is visible on the brush, then apply directly to skin.  To blend into skin, gently use the tips of your fingers.

Tips:  To contour your face, highlight cheekbones by sweeping the Radiance Highlighter Pen along the top of the cheek bones.  Use a darker shade below the cheekbones.  Apply on the brow bones to highlight your eyes and refresh your appearance.  Apply under the eyes to target dark circles.  Apply to eyelids as a perfect base for eye shadow.
