this nasal spray is really easy on the nostrils and does not dry your nose out. only problem I had was that drugstore.com was $1.00 higher than all the stores. that really adds up

My doctor had recommended that I use this before flying. I tried it, and it gave me a horrendous sore throat. I was in agony and couldn't wait for it to wear off. I will never use this again.

This product is the best of all the Afrin products, but because allergists usually try to steer you away from Afrin nasal sprays, I have found that if you dilute this with Ayr saline mist and shake it all up, the Afrin no drip spray will keep the saline solution in and the combination of the two has better results than either one alone. Just keep your empty Afrin bottle the first time you use it and that will be the "mixer" bottle for the mixture you will make with the Ayr saline solution.

I have a deviated septum and usually I get a severe sinus infection at least once a year. It's horrible and over-the-counter decongestant pills do very little to help. This spray, along with Vick's equivalent, is absolutely amazing. Within seconds after spraying it, it works to clear my sinuses (I can actually feel them shrinking), and the effects really do last for 12 hours. During that time, I can breathe better and my sinus pressure and throbbing decreases significantly. It is a lifesaver!
adults and children 6 to under 12 years of age (with adult supervision):2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hours period.

Shake well before use. Before using the first time, remove the protective cap from the tip and prime metered pump by depressing pump firmly several times. To spray, hold bottle with thumb at base and nozzle between first and second fingers. Without tilting head, insert nozzle into nostril. Fully depress rim with a firm, even stroke and sniff deeply. Wipe nozzle clean after use.
Retain carton for future reference on full labeling. Store between 15° and 25°C (59° and 77°F).
