This felt tip is too dried out at the finest part which in my opinion is the most important part to have liquid. I prefer dipping the felt tip into the liquid. Loreal has other great liquid liners but this is not great.
Start by applying to a clean lid. Hold marker horizontally to use the side of the tip. Apply along the top lashline beginning in the inner corner of the eye working outward. At the end of upper lash line, draw a thin line extending towards end of eyebrow.
