I've used Herbal Answer for years, and love it. I use it daily to prevent chapped lips and to treat dry lips. It's not greasy or waxy, and it has a pleasant, subtle flavor. The SPF 15 is just an added bonus. The only thing that I miss is that it is very difficult to find Herbal Answer in the tube applicator these days. The stick applicator is okay but, living in the desert, I face the challenge of keeping it from melting in my purse on hot days. The tube applicator was perfect. Overall, though, a wonderful product.

I have not been able to find this product lately! I am soooo excited to be able to buy it in bulk on this site! I am really scared that the manufacturer will stop making it. I have never found a product that i like nearly as much as this one!

Tried this brand several years ago and have been hooked ever since. As availability in stores decreased, I was forced to try a few other brands. Nothing compares. Either they are too greasy, not greasy enough, have a medicine taste, go on rough, or just don't do anything for my lips. I spend a lot of time in the woods and on the water, at all times of the year. Winter is especially hard on my lips. Blistex Herbal Answer is the only lip balm I want to use.

I get severe dry chapped lips. I have the bad habit of biting and licking them. I have tried so many products from Chapstick to expensive ointments from [...]. This is the Only and I repeat ONLY lip treatment that works! If I leave my house without it, my day is ruined. After regular use, I have found that on some days I do not even need to apply it. I love the way it smells, taste, and feels. It goes on nice and thick, which I find helps keep in moisture and heals quicker. It is just too bad that not many stores carry Herbal Answer. I really hope this product stays in production forever; because my life depends on it!!

The best chapstick I've ever bought. I use it everyday and buy at least 2-3 at a time. You can still find them at Albertsons and CVS Rx. Realy hope they don't discontinue.

I used this chapstick several years back and loved it. I bought it again and it wasn't as great as I remembered. Although this chapstick is called "herbal" it smells like candy. It does keep lips moist for a long time. Not a bad product. It's just that I've been using organic/natural products as of late, and I can tell the difference.

I seldom take the time to write reviews, but this is an AMAZING product, and I would be heartbroken if it was ever taken off the market! I just simply have never found anything close to it! I have tried many brands and types including many more expensive than this stuff, and there is just no comparison. Although "natural" is a label that is sometimes abused, in this case it really, really works. It goes on thick, but not gloppy. It stays on a long time. It heals, soothes, protects, & softens. I just LOVE it!!!!! [...] I usually buy 12-15 packages at a time & it lasts me about a year.
