I have three tests which came back as 77, 51,...Read complete review This product is absolutely useless. The book says, bottom of p. 9, that any band, however faint, is a negative. I have three tests which came back as 77, 51, and even 18, all of which had substantial bands, and according to the book, should be considered negative because of their bands. It wasn't until the GC/MS that i knew I had failed because the real cutoff is 15. There are 35 points between what is a REAL negative (15) and what the dipstick and instructions say is negative (supposedly 50, although my 77 had a faint line). Disregard the dispstick and send this in to the lab. Consider the purchase your GC/MS results, not the dipstick. If I had gone in for my job interview on the basis of these results, I would have failed. I wonder how many people are back in the legal system because they took the information in the book seriously. I understand the book has a disclaimer, but p. 9 clearly, and in bold, says band = negative with no disclaimer. Have been using this product for over a year. She knows if she isn't clean she is restricted from social activities and the car until that happens. The instructions seem more complicated than need to be but otherwise have no issues with this product. It has been accurate and reliable. We will definitely continue to use this test kit to help us monitor our sons usage.
