Four Step Treatment contains the following:

The complete Four Step Hair and Scalp Facial Treatment with Philip B® Rejuvenating Oil should be performed on extremely dehydrated and/or damaged hair twice a week, on dry hair weekly, and on normal hair one to four times per month. For both dehydrated scalp and hair, one to two times per week. This Four Step Hair and Scalp Facial Treatment is highly beneficial one to two days before applying color. The Four Step Hair and Scalp Facial Treatment evens out hair's porosity; clarifies and conditions so that the color deposits evenly with more shine and longevity.

Important Rule: Oil and Water do not mix. Always apply oil on dry, dirty or clean hair. Never apply to wet hair. To insure successful results, you must follow these directions!

PHILIP B® Detangling Finishing Rinse Ingredients: Deionized Water, SDA Alcohol 40B, Amodimethicone, Tallowtrimonium Chloride, Nonoxynol 10, Apply Cider Vinegar, Polysorbate 20, Olive Oil (Extra Virgin), Sweet Almond Oil, Peanut Oil, Lavender Oil, Geranium Oil, Ylang Ylang, Gardenia Oil, BHT.

Directions for Four Step Treatment:

Optional: Brush dry scalp gently and thoroughly with boar bristle brush to exfoliate, stimulate circulation, and distribute your scalp's natural oils.

1. Apply oil onto completely dry (not wet), unwashed scalp and hair with dropper, from roots to ends, section by section. If you have a normal scalp start the oil application 1/2" to 2" from the scalp. For an oily scalp apply 1" to 2" from the scalp (don't worry if you get some oil on your scalp). For a dry or dry/flaky scalp, apply directly to the scalp and massage in. Saturate and Squeeze in oil with fingers using a downward motion. For extra scalp benefits, massage into scalp with pads of fingertips. Comb through with a fine toothed-comb.
   
   Apply heat to oiled scalp and hair for deep penetration. Heat oiled hair with a blow dryer for two to ten minutes, with bonnet dryer for twenty minutes, or heat with sun, steam room or sauna. There is no need for any type of treatment cap.
   
   For Dry, Very Fine Hair:  Leave on 20-60 min.
   For Dry Damaged Hair:  Leave on 30 min. - 24 hours
   For Coarse or Curly Hair:  Leave on 2 - 48 hours
   
2. Key to removing excess oil- Don't Wet Hair Yet! Without water, apply a generous amount of Philip B® Peppermint & Avocado Shampoo directly onto oiled scalp and hair, massaging in for two to three minutes to release excess oil from hair shaft. Now apply a small amount of water to lather and shampoo as usual. Rinse with warm water. Repeat with a light shampoo, if necessary. For dandruff, follow up with Philip B® Anti-Flake Shampoo. Rinse with warm water.
3. Apply a dollop of Philip B® Deep Conditioning Creme Rinse to wet hair, comb through with a fine-toothed comb and rinse well.
4. Spray four to five shots of Philip B® Detangling Finishing Rinse into wet hair, squeeze in, comb through with a fine-toothed comb, towel dry. Do not rinse!

Towel dry and style as usual with desired Philip B® styling products. You'll notice softness, bounce and shine immediately. And your scalp will feel refreshed and healthy! Get ready for some envious glances!
