Since I've been using this shampoo, I've noticed my hair has been staying oil free longer. My hair is color treated and I've definitely noticed my color looking fresh even though I need to get it colored again. My routine in the shower is to rinse my hair with water and apply conditioner all over my hair. I leave that on while I clean and do the normal shower routine. After that, I rinse out the conditioner and use the shampoo. I use about a tablespoon of shampoo for my hair because it reaches to about the middle of my back. Once I've worked it into a lather, I rinse out the shampoo and get out of the shower. This leaves my hair nice and clean and doesn't leave any of that heavy conditioner feeling. I then towel dry my hair and if I feel like it I will put in some kind of product. Today I didn't put in any product and my hair looks fantastic. It's shiny, has volume, and I even have my curls. I have used Pantene Shampoos and Conditioners in the past and it was the same way back then too. That is why I would never buy it...but I figured that since it was free and had great claims that maybe it would be great in my hair. I was so wrong! I am about to be 44 years old and have never really had any hair damage, but now after using this product, I am having to re-treat my hair to get rid of the dryness that using Pantene has caused. But the conditioner that goes along with this shampoo helps balance out the dryness a bit. I prefer using it for every other wash and alternating with a more gentle sulfate-free shampoo. I received this product for free to try but all opinions are my own.

But the conditioner that goes along with this shampoo helps balance out the dryness a bit. I prefer using it for every other wash and alternating with a more gentle sulfate-free shampoo.

Didn't think I was gonna like it at first but after my first use it was amazing... I have very dry brittle hair and the next day it was so soft and getting some shine to it... Also doesn't tangle as bad...

This shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling soft and shiny. I really recommend this products. I've recently received this shampoo and conditioner from influenster for testing purposes but this is my honest opinion on thia products. I also love the smell of the shampoo.

It smelled great (kind of a cocoa butter-y smell almost,) the texture was perfect to work with, and it lathered well. I literally was thinking the next day that my hair looked softer, when I remembered that I had just used the Pantene shampoo and conditioner the night before! I would definitely buy this again. I received a sample of these products in exchange for my honest review - all opinions are my own! :)

It took time for my hair to adjust to the shampoo. I wash my hair every other day and by the end of the day I felt like I was needing to wash it again. My head would start itching bad and when I was showering I would lose chunks of hair. I have now been using this shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks and my head is no longer getting dry and my hair isn't coming out in chunks. I haven't noticed any difference to my hair though. At least my hair is clean.

It was very strong. When i did use it it lathered well and it felt great. After my hair dried it was a different story. There was no volume and my hair felt coarse and dry. It hurt to brush it dry.
