I have suffered from migraines my entire life. I also have a neck injury that can shoot pain up to my skull which can make things worse. Putting this pad on the nape of my neck was heavenly! I used to use normal ice pack but those were so uncomfortable, hard, and too cold! This patch is the perfect size for me, its cushioned and easy to sleep with. I fell asleep so fast which never happens with migraines. I cant go without it anymore!

They have been recently redesigned. They are now smaller and more expensive. I have purchased these patches for 5+ years and they are not the same. They are now being made in China and the quality has suffered.

I have used the Wellpatch Migraine pads for years, and these new ones don't work nearly as well as the original ones. These claim to work up to 12 hours, but they don't last as long as the original ones that claimed to work up to 8 hours. The gel strip is much thinner, so not as much cooling effect, and the pad is smaller.

I use when I have an really bad headache. I put one on and lay down for a while until the pain lets up. I also have to take one of my headache pills, but the pain lets up quicker with the pads.
Keep pouch tightly closed to avoid exposing remaining patches to air
Note:
Discard patch after each application. Cools without refrigeration. Store unused patches in pouch at room temperature. For extra cooling, product can be refrigerated before use. Do not freeze.
For best results:
Apply as soon as you feel discomfort, allowing the cooling sensation to begin its soothing effect. Use as often as needed.
