1. Attach the lumbar pad onto the inside & middle panel of the back stabilizer, with narrow side ont the top.
2. Brace is to be positioned with curved end down and straight side on top
3. Bottom of stabilizer should fit to the edge of tailbone.
4. Position back panel in the middle of the lower back.
5. Tighten the base strap to overlap in front.
6. Adjust and tighten spandex straps as desired for a firm, comfortable fit.
7. Lumbar pad could also be removed if less support is required.

Care Instructions

Hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Allow to air dry
