I used to be a bath product junkie who would only use high end, boutique body wash and gels, never a regular bar soap. Then I got a whiff of this soap in my boyfriend's bathroom and immediately fell in love with the scent. It smelled so simple, clean, and attractively pleasant that I actually preferred the smell to my usual exotic florals and aromatherapeutic fragrances, not to mention it lathered so well and washed completely clean without drying my skin. It converted me from a [$] body wash girl to a drugstore bar soap girl.

Used to be much better before they added the Vaseline. Smell is not as pleasant or fresh as it used to be. Need to find another soap now!

Wow, what a disappointment. I used this soap for years, then switched to the Lever 2000 Aloe, which I love. I decided to go back to the original formula, and it's very different than the "original original." Made me itch something fierce in a place I won't get too descriptive about.. Back to the Aloe version for me.

This is an excellent soap that does not irritate or dry the skin. It has a pleasant, clean smelling odor and is gentle enough for the face, yet deodorizing enough for the rest of the body. I highly recommend it.

I have been searching for the perfect bar soap for me and this is very close to perfect. Some soap is either too drying or too moisturizing. This has a balance of the two. It makes you feel fresh and at the same time also moisturized. I would recommend this soap to anybody.

I love the way this soap smells. The Vaseline is a welcome ingredient. It leaves my skin so smooth and baby soft, and I smell so perfectly fresh when I get out of the tub or shower.
