I saw the commercial that said these would give me a little more get-up-and-go and they did! I feel like I could keep walking and walking and walking. Since I jog a few times a week, I need good support from my shoes, and these sport insoles have saved more than one pair of sneakers that would otherwise have been unsuitable. Mine have always lasted at least a year. I haven't experienced the problems with durability other people have reported; but then again, I have shoe size 13, so I can insert the insoles without doing any cutting - maybe that weakens a layer of the insoles??
