I used this cream through my whole pregnancy and never got a single stretch mark. Don't know if the cocoa butter was responsible, but it can't hurt to try it! It's a great moisturizer. I also tried the Palmer's Cocoa Butter Lotion in the pump dispenser, but I like this thick cream much better.

While this product will not erase existing stretch marks (nor does it make that claim), with regular, consistent use, it will prevent new stretch marks from appearing and/or ease their appearance. It is a wonderful, natural product and great for the skin.

It is moisturizing, but it did not erase the stretch marks on my stomach after child birth. More like a normal body cream.
