Unlike other protein mixes, this really does mix with a spoon as advertised. Clean-up is easy too. It tastes great, and is low in calories. I love it.

Didn't find any reference to Soy in the ingredients or descriptions, yet when the product arrived it clearly listed Soy in the ingredient list. This only tastes OK, and that's if you mix it with milk, I don't see what the other reviews are saying about it tasting great, it's on par with all other protein shakes.

I use this product for breakfast with my oatmeal. It keeps me full for a long time. I also use it after power lifting work outs or whenever I need a protein with a meal that does not contain one. I use the chocolate flavor, It really tastes rich and good, and mixes really easily and is not chalky at all and also satisfies my sweet cravings but is really low on sugar. Its an easy on the go meal replacement as well. I highly recommend this product. I wish I could find the On-the-Go packaging for the chocolate flavor, that would be perfect. For now, I toss it into a shaker cup, fill with cold water and shake. The cup is from a slushee making machine I picked up at [...] for $9. Sometimes I use the machine and the drink comes out rich and creamy and delicious, like a shake.

I mix a scoop of this protein powder with a cup of skim milk about 30 minutes prior to exercising at the gym. I do the same right after the gym. It tastes genuinely good. Not "good for a protein shake." It's actually good tasting, like chocolate milk. I look forward to consuming it. Very pleased. Note: my friend, who has been into weightlifting and exercising for years, said not to consume two scoops at once. Apparently, the body can't take more than 25 grams (?) of protein at once . . . any excess will be excreted or stored as fat or otherwise wasted. That's why I consume only one scoop at a time. Not sure if any of this is true, but thought I'd share.

Since I haven't tried any other wheys (except the Vanilla Designer's Whey -- which I did NOT like) all I can say is that this dissolves well and tastes good (not too sweet like the vanilla). Since the packaging is only 2/3 full, I wish they made the bottle smaller since it's difficult to fit in the cupboard.
