I mix this with soymilk, it tastes pretty good. Their vanilla one tastes better in my opinion. But this one is delicious too.

Bottomline for me, the extra protein in this mix helps build muscle and add needed calories. However, the stuff really doesn't taste too good and is hard to mix. I'm going to try putting it in yogurt to try and mask the taste.

Pricey, but just about the best-tasting protein shake I've ever used, and I have tried most of them. My commute to work begins at 6 AM, and I don't have time to eat again until about 10:30 AM, so I depend on a fast, nutritious breakfast shake. The night before, I mix a full scoop of this powder with frozen fruit, some orange juice, some pomegranate juice and a tablespoon of flax oil. That may sound yucky, but it gets me through the morning just fine and tastes great!

I had a roommate in the Marine Corps who drank this every day. I initially thought GROSS..until I tasted it. It is by far the best-tasting protein shake on the market!! I use it as a meal replacement. I work 24 hour shifts, and I rarely have time to eat a full meal, leaving me feeling awful with headaches and nausea. This is the only protein-filled product I have found that is not packed with tons of sugar so I don't get that sick hungry feeling from a massive sugar drop immediately after consumption. My kids love it, too. I put a scoop of strawberry in a blender with thier favorite yogurt, some fresh fruit, flax seed, and a splash of milk, and they absolutely can't get enough of it!!!...and they don't even know that it's good for them!

Keep out of direct sunlight and store in a cool dark place.

How to use - 1 - 3 scoops, 2 - 3 times a day, depending upon your body weight, metabolic status, workout program and diet and recovery needs.

Directions for use - Add 1 - 3 scoops to 3 - 10 oz. water, juice, milk, yogurt or sauce. Stir until dispersed. Drink immediately. Add more or less liquid as you like. Note the extra calories from milk, yogurt, etc.

For best results:

Upon rising - 1-3 scoops.
Immediately after workout - 1-3 scoops.
Before bed - 1-3 scoops.
