Although the toothpaste did whiten my teeth a bit, the taste was awful and it left my breath feeling very dry and not refreshed.

I honestly think this is the best toothpaste I have ever used. The taste is above average, but most importantly it really does whiten my teeth. My smile is most beautiful when I regularly use this product.

I love this toothpaste! About a year ago, my dentist told me at my routine cleaning that my gums were in the early stages of gum disease. He told me to use this toothpaste (and to floss more) because it has ingredients to prevent and reduce gum disease. This toothpaste actually reversed my early stages of gingivitis; I know this because my dentist said my gums were healthier when I went for my next cleaning. I highly recommend this toothpaste!
