My husband keeps coming up to me and smelling my hair and he has never done that before. It cleans very well yet is still gentle enough that I actually don't have to wash my hair everyday which I have done my entire life. I absolutely love this product. I am experimenting with all the Rusk products to find my favorites. Try it I don't think you will be disappointed. But as it dried, it felt as if there were some sort of residue in my hair. I rinsed out again, and after it dried a second time, my hair still felt the same way. It was like I washed my hair with dishwashing detergent. Even worse it totally dried, and frizzed out the ends of my hair. I have since switched shampoos, but the damage has already been done. My hair has been like this for three weeks now, and is driving me crazy. It has a nice aroma, similar to cut grass on a Saturday morning. It cleans well and is very gentle. A great experience, similar to a day out at the spa!

I'm super picky about shampoos but I have now used this one for several years. Like any shampoo, I don't use it every day (I alternate with others), but this is one of my favs!
