Fantastic Product !

I started taking this pill at my doctor's recomendation. I started with 1/2 a tablet twice a day then went to 1 tab twice a day. I now am on a maintenance dose of 1 tab in the morning, It helps tremendously with mood swings. The hot flashes improved, but did not totally vanish. I do sleep better though. If you are prone to intestinal upsets just start with a low dose like I did and work up to the regular dose after a few days and you will be fine.

I have been taking this product on and off for about a year. I started taking this regularly when I first started getting night sweats and hot flashes, which worked GREAT!. After a while, I decided to try other products which didn"t seem to work as well. Now, when I feel a flash coming on, I take one and it works instantly even without taking them daily!

I had stopped taking any products for peri-menopausal symptoms for a year...I was miserable with the frequent hot flashes and waking during the nite. My physician had recommended the product in the past and I thought I would give it a try. I keep the tablets at my bedside so I take one tablet in the morning and the second tablet at bedtime. This way I don't forget... After four weeks noticing a decline in the frequency of the hot flashes. Will continue to take regularly

I was waking up every night with hot flashes, not horrible, but enough to really disrupt my sleep. After a month of taking this, I am rarely waking at night. My ob/gyn told me this is the only supplement that has clinical data to prove it works, but to give it a month to work. She was right, give it time and it really does work.

I have used estroven for almost a year and on a whim tried remifemin. It didn't take long before I was waking up several times a night with damp pajamas. A couple of times I was so sodden I had to put fresh ones on. Everyone's chemistry is different, but for me this product didn't come close to the relief I get from estroven.

I had to have a complete hysterectomy in late September, 2008, including my ovaries. Although I'd been perimenopausal since I was 39, I knew this was going to throw me completely into forced menopause. I'd been kind of used to the symptoms because of the perimenopause, but had no idea what it would REALLY be like. I was given a shot of hormones to cover me for the first 30 days after my surgery and after that, boom!!! Hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings - everything you read about and all at once. I had gotten a sample of Remifemin from their website some time before I had the surgery and started taking it as soon as I felt the symptoms. I wish I'd have started before that because this does take a little time to get into your system but, I can say honestly, this DOES work! I take it twice a day, as per the directions, and have very little of these issues anymore! I have this on auto-delivery now (so as not to run out!) and would recommend this highly to any woman!

After taking the prescription Prempro for 6 months I switched to Remifemin. I was having too many side effects from the prescription and I was rather leary of taking it as I am considered high risk despite the doctor not thinking so. I have been taking this for 2 months now and the transition was better than I expected. I take 2 Remifemin in the morning and 2 at bedtime as I was just getting my estrogen levels back up and read it was perfectly safe to double the dosage. I have had no hot flashes or night sweats and some of my other menopausal symptoms have eased up as well. I am very happy with this product and intend to continue with it.
