This diet really does work! IIt's my go to diet when ever I need to lose a few pounds fast. I've been using it for 9 years now. When I was younger I would lose around 10 pounds in the 2 days. Now it's around 5 pounds. Just watch yourself once you are off the detox because it is VERY easy to put the weight back on. I'm using it as a jump start before I go on Nutrisystem

This is JUICE. Just plain juice. Seriously. The only difference between this bottle of juice and normal juice is that this one has "reduced carbs and sugar". Don't waste your money; just follow the same directions with a bottle of V8 Splash or some other vitaminy juice, and you will get the same results. I can't believe people would actually buy this junk.

Directions on bottle are simple, direct and easy to use. You mix the Hollywood Diet product with water and drink EXTRA glasses of water all day. It's a great jump start for anyone who has trouble getting going.

about 15 years ago I did buy a Hollywood diet supplement. It was 2 weeks treatment which included 2 bottles of orange juice drink with something that lowering appetite, few snack bars for lowering appetite (vitamins and minerals), and some pills (i think cleansing something, but do not remember). So, all really worked togeter perfectly and gave me a good start for my weight loss.. since then, in 2 years I changed from size 14 to size 2 and of course with excersises and dieting, but my apetite was really low at that time. For few years I kept myself in good shape.
Time flew, I got much older now, I stopped excersises and dieting.. and now I'm again size 10.
I would restart my weight loss program if I would find that product again, but no more the same Hollywood diet supplement on sale. Only this juice which does not work alone.

Before I started using Miracle Diet I fasted for 30 days so I was a bit weak and hesitant when I made my decisions to order the product, but then I am so happy I did. In just 2 days I lost 8 lbs and I was very happy.Of course you can gain it all back if you are not maintaining. Now just like lot of other things in life, this wonderful morale booster is not for everyone. I work out regularly and I am so happy to have found Hollywood Miracle Diet. I will certainly use it again ang again. Taste is incredible and it does take your mind of food for the time being. I already ordered my 4th bottle!

I used this exactly as directed for two days nothing but the juice and water with no effect. In all honesty I was hungry. I guess anyone would be when you do not consume any food for the two days. Perhaps it works for some but, did not have an effect on me. I exercise 4-5 days a week and follow a healthy diet. I am an x-smoker and am trying to shed lbs. from quitting 2 years ago.

It is very hard to loose wt with my health. 65 yrs old diabetic, with Rheumatoid Arthritis, asthma, but this product did not interfere with my medications at all and gave me a very good feeling 48 hrs later....detoxified. I was not aware of the policy if the ingredients got old and turns dark color it is no more good. [...]

It does really work. I used this as a jumpstart for weight loss before band camp. I know, it's lame, but I worked out 6 hours a day outside in Alabama. It was seriously intense cardio. I would definitely recommend this as a cleanse, especially if you're about to enroll in a gym class or start an intense workout. It basically gets rid of all water weight, and you lose a couple of pounds after the fact.
Day one: Mix one 4 oz. serving of concentrate with 4 oz. of bottled water. Sip over the next 4 hours. Repeat this three more times during the rest of the day. In addition, drink at least 8 glasses of water. Day two: Repeat above.
For best results use once a week. After completing the Hollywood 48-Hour Miracle Diet® maintain a sensible eating plan and exercise regularly.
