I use the product during the week so the weekends are free when you usually mix with other people more. Since I am on quite a few medications....this one was the safest one yet! You just don't get hungry or miss eating food for 48 hrs. I lost 5lbs..... since I have gotten older, but I used to loose the full 10 lbs. Easy, affordable and tastes great.

I bought this product to jump start my diet, or shall I say my healthy eating. To my surprise the juice tasted pretty good. I followed the directions and at the end of day two I had lost 5 lbs. That's great! I wish it would have been 10, but I was glad for the 5. I have decided to exercise more and stick to a good eating plan. I plan on purchasing this drink at least once a month, until I reach my goal. Great product!

I'm sure results vary from person to person and I really didn't believe the label when it said you could lose 10 pounds in 2 days... But I really lost 5 pounds the first day and 5 pounds the second day! It worked for me. This is similar to another product that I used for detoxing, but this is less expensive. As long as you use this in conjunction with a lifestyle change towards more healthy choices, you will keep it off.

I will buy this product again sometime in the future. I actually lost 3 pounds in 2 days after taking this product. Not bad, eh? I felt exhausted, hungry, and dizzy but at least I lost some weight quickly! I did go down 2 dress sizes. I felt confident enough to use my new dress on my sister wedding. TUMBS UP for this product!

Obviously, it's not a "miracle diet", it is just juice, but it really helped me to jump start my diet program. I did the one day miracle diet on a Saturday and lost 4 pounds. The juice killed my appetite so it was pretty easy to stick to. I've hit a diet plateau, so I'm going to try the two day miracle diet as soon as I get this. If you buy it, don't actually expect to lose 10 pounds. I'd say average would be 4-8.

After trying the product, I'm back to buy it again, not that I think it's a miracle or something, but I did notice a small difference, and all I need is the motivation. Now I'm working out, and I think I'll keep doing it once a week. I don't starve myself for 2 days because I love to eat, but I do try and stick to under like 1000 calories. I also use Hydroxycut, which almost completely takes my appetite away.

Make your own juice at hime and use that instead. This is just plain old juice which does not leave you feeling particularly energized.

This is JUICE. Just plain juice. Seriously. The only difference between this bottle of juice and normal juice is that this one has "reduced carbs and sugar". Don't waste your money; just follow the same directions with a bottle of V8 Splash or some other vitaminy juice, and you will get the same results. I can't believe people would actually buy this junk.

Tastes good, but it did not help me lose any weight. I think if you drank water and ate nothing but fruit all day, you would have the same effect. Fasting is no miracle diet.
