Never thought what Echinacea is, but my friend introduced the product to me by saying "my little girl hasn't been ill for half a year after taking it"! Though I'm not 100% sure about that, I think I have chosen the right thing for kids, since obviously they like the flavor! And hope what my friend says will have the same effect on them. "IMMUNE" is the thing I care a lot.

Forget all of the other brands; this is the best. My 3 and 6 year old girls would take these over any other. I prefer these vitamins because of the immune support.

My 5 year old twin boys take one in the morning and one before bed, this is because it is a treat like vitamin. They love their vitamin and I love the benefits. I swear since I started using this product and a multi vitamin everyday, I see a huge difference when the cold season comes around.

I use these for my daughter and they have certianly helped during this H1N1 season. She also takes the Omega 3's and regular vitamins and loves them all.
