These vitamins taste ...

These vitamins taste great and my kids love them. However, you have to give them two, and they still do not get the recommended daily value or as many vitamins as some of the others. They are not cost effective. I give them to my 2-year-old because he won't take any other kind. My 8-year-old takes a chewable GNC multi-vitamin that is loaded with nutrients. It's too bad they don't make this with more of vitamin content. It would be perfect then.

I give these 4 and a half stars: My 5 year old loves them and truly asks me to give them to her not only first thing in the morning, but again and again throughout the day..."Mom, did I already have my bears?". They are truly a hit with her. I dropped a half a star only because I do not truly understand the taking of 2 and getting what appears to be only 50% of the RDA. However, I know she is getting most through these and I supplement her well with her milk and food. (Editor's note: please see "directions" for manufacturer recommended product directions)

These are the best vitamins EVER! My two and eight year olds ask for their vitamins. I usually end up eating a couple myself! Make sure you put them high up so the kids can't get them though--they look and taste EXACTLY like candy gummy bears.

My daughter loves these! The bottle says not to give to kids under two, but we started feeding them to her at about 18 months of age. She has never choked or had any problems chewing them. They don't taste like "medicine" at all and often I catch my husband nibbling on a few. It's probably all we'll buy until she's much older. These Gummy Vites are great. I have a three, and a six year old, plus eight, ten, and sixteen year old stepchildren. I literally have seven bottles of various chewable vitamins on top of the refrigerator that all of the children rejected. I knew I needed to give them vitamins, but couldn't get them to take them. Then, I found Gummy Vites! Now, my children/step-children actually ASK to take their "gummies"! There are two reasons why I only gave them four stars instead of five. One is that the label says to take 2, and you still only get about 50% of most RDAs. Two is the cost. If you do the math, a bottle of 60, with each child getting two per day, means that I use a bottle every six days. That gets to be a bit much. To be honest, I give them one a day. Since I started doing that, NONE OF THE CHILDREN HAVE HAD SO MUCH AS A SNIFFLE! I'm sure breaking even by not having so many doctor co-pays!
