I've heard of this brand for years, but have never used it before. Then I received sample bottles with my last two drugstore.com orders. I have extremely sensitive skin that is further complicated by Diabetes. I put one sample bottle in my overnight bag, but used the other. My face has never been so soft and smooth! It is also clearing up some of the Diabetic breakouts I have had on my shoulders and back the last three years. NOTHING has helped it before, including prescription creams and oral antibiotics. I'm online right now to order a BIG bottle from my favorite site (this one!)

I adore this face wash. I'd used Neutrogena's acne-prone skin formulas for years, and discovered Cetaphil after watching a show on Style, and thought, Why not? After three weeks, my T-zone was less oily, and the weird little breakout sites (especially my chin) were gone. I forgot my bottle while on a three-week trip in Europe, and the breakouts came back. I'm a believer!

I have tried all kinds of face wash for my skin, and have never found anything that works at this price. I am a believer in the Cetaphil brand. I find that it removes all my makeup including my Covergirl mascara. I would encourage anyone to buy it! This works great at controlling my oil, and not burning my face off!

I can't stand the smell of this product, and I found that it takes a few pumps for it to lather up. And even then, once I apply the lather to my face, the bubbles disappear. I like the lotion cleanser of Cetaphil much better.

I really love this face wash! I get monthy breakouts and no product has help curb them like cetaphil has (its not a miracle cure but even products marketed for breakouts don't work as well as this!) I still use a makeup remover before washing my face but cetaphil gets rid of anything that might have been left behind! An all around great product for any skin type!

I tried it. I must say it is great!! I love the way it leaves my skin moist and not dry and tight like some other soaps. I didn't give it the full five stars because while it does remove most makeup, it doesn't remove mascara as well as I would like. I still recommend it!!

It's a good cleanser. The scent is a little bit strong for me, but I still use it. It removes makeup, but will not remove waterproof mascara. Overall, I would recommend the product.

This product is great. I have combination skin(oily on top, normal on bottom), and noticeable pores on and around my nose, this product cleared and tamed my skin within 2 to 3 weeks. Even good to use on your lips to get rid of dry and uneven spots.

I tried this after my dermatologist recommended it, but it doesn't remove makeup. I switched to the bar cleanser, and it does a much better job of cleaning, while not irritating my skin. So my suggestion is: if this doesn't work for you, try the bar cleanser.

I used Cetaphil for about two months, and it didn't help my acne in any way. I understand how my doctor says that the only way to help acne is to use a spot treatment with it, but when I used tazorac with it my face turned really red. It looked pretty bad. Cetaphil will not work on its own unless you use some sort of medication with it. It doesn't have any salicylic acid in it, so that's probably why my skin never cleared up. I gave it 3 stars because it left my skin soft, and it smelled good.
