I bought these because they were natural....I was very disappointed that they had no stick to them at all...Which means I could not rely on this product to stay in place at a time when I really need to know that they are at least where I left them..Found myself trying to jerry-rig them in place...This was very distracting for me throughout my day...I ended up having to go and buy another more reliable product and was left feeling like I had completely wasted my money...Disappointing!

This is perfect for when you need more than a liner, but less than a full pad.... which for me is most of the days. And the wings are good for that bit of extra protection.

I also like that the cover is white (not pink!), so it's more discreet.

After developing a skin sensitivity to Always, I decided to try something more natural. This is a very good alternative. It's comfortable to use and unlike other eco-friendly products, it doesn't feel like a piece of cardboard. And because it's natural, there isn't the sound of plastic moving every time you move either! :-) It's individually wrapped in paper so you don't have that bit of plastic to wrap it in afterwards, but that's ok.

They do their job well. I've not had any problems with them staying in place or coming unstuck (I don't know how any product with wings could not stay in place, quite frankly). They are just as absorbant as the big name brands, just as thin. Really I can find nothing wrong with them, just thought I would add my own experience. If you're going to compare them with big name brands, ok they may be a little less pliant, but guess what? They also are CHLORINE FREE, DIOXIN FREE and PLASTIC FREE. And yes, everything you've heard about chlorine is true. Kicking the big name brands is like the opposite of kicking a smoking addiction: You have NO cravings to go back.

Furthermore, the fact that they are PLASTIC FREE is a phenomenal feat, when the amount of plastic found in just 1 pad of the big name brands equates to 4 PLASTIC BAGS!! I encourage everyone to read up on the environmental impact of feminine hygiene products. There are videos; I was blown away by the facts. I am a faithful customer to this brand because they don't have any plastic pouches and their packaging is boxes, not plastic. And when their products are just as effective and gentle as others, why would I not choose them?

I chose these as they are natural without chemicals but they are SO uncomfortable and hard. I like the fact they have a natural cotton cover but they are so stiff and I find them twisting and bunching when I have them on..wouldn't buy again unless they improve!

I love Natracare products. I don't know where I'd be without them. I used to use tampons, and began having nausea, headaches, chills, etc., during my periods, so I stopped using them and switched to pads, per my doctor's advice. After a few months of using mass-market brand pads, my symptoms returned. I have used Natracare products exclusively for 10+ years now with no problems at all. Thank you for making a clean, pure product for those of us unable to deal with all the plastics, chemicals and scents in commonly available feminine hygiene products. My only complaint (and it's small) is they changed the regular pad with wings; it used to be very soft and pliable, but now it's stiffer and less flexible.

These are so soft! Other pads like they are not made from cotton feel like plastic, but these feel great! They stay in place, while slightly conforming to your body. Absorb nicely. Overall, these are great.

This product is great! Granted I have lighter flows than some but it is a 'regular' (only 2 out of 5 flow rating printed on box). It is so eco-groovy being organic cotton and totally biodegradable* (non petroleum plastic lining). It's the only thing I will use next to my most delicate of skin! *Note: given that it is super all natural it tends to breakdown quicker and the wings could be a bit larger and more sticky tape. All in all though the best organic disposable pad on the market!

Doesn't comform well to body -- needs to be softer & more flexible for better comfort. Also, not too absorbant - is best suited for lighter flow days only.
