well, I like Japanese products cuz most of them are gentle enough for my dry and sensitive skin. such as this toner but this one isnt that moisturizing..maybe my skin is super dry or its not for dry skin..

Awake Lotion Refresher is an amazing toning product. Think gentle and effective (not harsh and drying). I use it after cleansing my skin twice a day and it make my skin supple, soft and ready for any other treatments (such as moisturizer and/or serums). It comes in a bottle, but I have a small misting bottle which I use it to spray on my face. I let it dry (doesn't take long) and you'll feel your skin softer right away. Any dry patches from cleansing will also soften. Depending on the temperatue and humidity levels in the air, I sometimes only spray Awake Lotion Refresher on and it's enought to keep me moisturized (and not oily) through the day. In colder or drier climates, I apply a serum and/or moisturizer after Awake Lotion Refresher. I even use it as on long plane trips to mist my face to keep it from drying out and it works. Also, there is no scent or tint at all. (I HAVE EXTREMELY SENSITIVE SKIN AND ECZEMA AND AWAKE WORKS AMAZINGLY FOR ME, SO IT'S THAT GENTLE.)

I have sensitive and combination skin, and I think this is a wonderful toner without the alcohol stinging feeling!

This product did the trick, but I still felt a tightness in my skin after using it. I tried a toner by Clarins, and feel that it doesn't dry my face like the Awake toner did.
