This was not amazing, but average for an acne product. It was good in that it didn't contribute to any breakouts or aggravate skin. But, it didn't clear up either. If you use acids or exfoliating products, using this immediately after will cause some stinging and redness for a moment but it stops shortly after applying it to the broken skin. This price is fair for a basic moisturizer that doesn't cause breakouts but it doesn't really help them much either and additional anti-acne treatments are necessary for clearing. I found the MD Formulations Glycare in combination with this works well for very clearing results. Good luck!

I have been using this product for 2 months now and find it actually works. However, if I miss one day of using it, I break out. So I use it daily and it keeps my acne away. It also has minimized my blackheads but not completely. This is the only product I have found to work on adult acne. I have not had acne problems until recently. This is definitely worth the money, but use it daily to get the full effects!

This product is great! I have sensitive combination skin and started experiencing blemishes and redness on my chin and forehead. After a week of using Phaze18, the problems were gone and there was a noticeable improvement in the texture of my skin. My one complaint is directed at the manufacturer's price increase. But because of the favorable results I experienced, I'll probably continue to use Phaze18, just a bit less liberally than before.

Although I normally have fairly clear (dry-combination with an oily surface) skin, this product has helped calm most of my occasional breakouts and prevent new ones. I'm almost through with my first jar and will be buying a new one. HOWEVER, I have noticed that 'rotten egg' smell. It was very, very light when I first started using it, but has gotten worse with time. This is also a LIGHT moisturizer. I find I have to layer on a richer moisturizer afterwards, especially if I'm wearing makeup.

My 12-year-old daughter is using this as part of a regimen including some of the other PCA products. It has only been a week and I can already see a difference. Although her acne hasn't cleared up yet, the skin between the lesions is no longer red and inflamed, and the lesions themselves are also less red. As for the smell, after using it for a few days, one night while I was talking her through the steps when we got to the pHaze 18 she said, "this stuff smells so good I just love it". It also smells fine to me. In fact all the PCA products we have smell good. I'm using the normal-dry skin regimen, and I love what it's doing to my skin. Yes it's pricey, but a little goes a long way.

I used this product after a glycolic acid peel. I have to say that my skin is very sensitive. PCA is the best moisturizer I've ever used. It reduced the redness, and smoothed the skin very quickly. It is wonderful and worth the money.

All of the Physician's Choice products are awesome, and so is this one. Phaze 18 does have a different smell to it, but it is very light. I have suffered adult acne for years, and this product really calms my red, irritated skin. I love the fact the products contain only natural ingredients - no chemicals or preservatives.

I have always had acne prone skin that is very sensitive. This product, along with their wash, helps successfully control my breakouts. I like that it has almost no odor, and I find it very soothing and emollient without being greasy.

Physician's Choice Clearskin is a wonderful product. It is lightly scented and does NOT smell like rotten eggs (see other review)!!! There is hardly any smell at all. It is to be used after the use of PC's acne treatments, to both moisturize and heal acne prone skin. I have used this, as have my children, for 6 years now, and have acheived GREAT results with this entire line.

First, the smell is completely and totally disgusting. Something between plastic melted with rotted eggs. Second, I didn't notice any anti-acne effects. It a good moisturizer that did not cause me to break out, but that smell is awful. I'm not one to usually insist my skincare products smell any particular way, but this one is so bad I threw it out.
