This is the most amazing lotion. Can't live without it. I use it at night rather than in the daytime. A little goes a long way. I have very sensitive, combination skin prone to acne. This lotion is very lightweight, non-greesy, absorbs into the skin rather than sitting on the top like lard. It gently exfoliates with no harse side effects. My skin is baby soft and glowing.

The 4th step in the Obagi Nu-Derm system. I use it in the morning, AFTER Vit. C serium, and Clear 3. Works great.

I am on the ENTIRE Obagi System through a medi-spa, Aya (owned by Atlanta Plastic Surgery), in Atlanta. If you stay on the system and do ALL of the steps it works! I have the pictures to prove it! Most of my sun damage is gone, and I have not had a breakout in 6 weeks (since I have been on Obgai)! Yes there is the peeling, but that can be annoying, but only last about two to three weeks. The minor annoyance paid off BIG!!!! I am 29 and thought I had pretty good skin, but after 6 weeks on Obagi I was shown there was room for great improvement.

The Exfoderm 4 works much better than the Exfoderm Forte, at least it did for me. You'll feel your old skin exfoliating and see noticeable improvement in your skin after just a few days of using it. It is most effective if you use it with the entire Obagi skincare line, however. It doesn't seem to work as well if you use it with another brand of cleanser or toner.

Very effective; careful if you have sensitive skin. Powerful exfoliant that will make you peel and reveal younger skin. Don't use it on eyelids!

These are great products. I believe you need all components, even the Rx portion. They work well together as a group. You can buy the non-Rx products from drugstore.com for less than the dermatologist price.
