I TAKE THIS ALONG WHEN I GO TO THE PARK WITH MY TODDLER, JUST IN CASE! SO FAR I'M PLEASED. I USED IT ONCE AND ABSOLUTELY NO STING.

I bought this at a drug store about 4 days ago. My use has been in a woman's sensitive area, as I had some skin tear open. The burning, itching, and enormous pain I had was almost unbearable, and there was little use that my Dr. could do, except the normal stuff. "Dry, clean, etc etc etc" so I went to the drugstore hoping to find something that I could use to help, I saw this and decided what the heck, the "hurt-free" and "helps relieve pain" was pretty much all it took to sell me on trying it. I can say that after using it at least 3-4 times a day from Friday to now Monday, I am doing so much better. I virtually have no pain anymore, I haven't had anymore itchyness, no more burning, and better yet in conjunction with this, and little ice pack at night, my swelling is near non-existent. I'm actually on my way to run and get some more to keep on hand, and help with more healing. I really have no complaints about the product, on my only complaint doesn't really matter, as I'm sure this is not what it's intention was to be used at. I will now use up all my peroxide as mouth wash, as I honestly have no use for it after this product. 100% better than peroxide.

Now I can tell my grandkids "this won't hurt" and they believe me!

This is a great product. I used cotton balls to apply it to an open wound. Very soothly to my toddler.

Works just as effective as Bactine, but cheaper. No fragrance & stops pain, burning, itching while offering antiseptic properties. I take it with me when I get a manicure and douse my cuticules with it right after. I get paper cuts all the time and this soothes them and stops that sharp pain that a tiny little paper cut gives.

I am a mom and love this product. It beats peroxide when it comes to washing your kids' boo-boos. It doesn't sting when applied, and it cleans the wound in preparation for a bandaid.

I keep this on hand for cleansing wounds on children, as well as adults. The fact that it's effective and doesn't sting makes a reluctant "patient" less apprehensive.

My 7 year old daughter loves this stuff. It does the job without the sting.

I am in Iraq and the water here is awful. Combine that with the heat and it wreaks havoc on your skin. I use this as an astringent and it works wonders cleaning my skin without drying it out. This is a Soldier's must have.

This is the best stuff to fight germs! Yes it also numbs the skin a little which help when there is so pain in the cut area. It does not sting or dry out the skin. I use this on pimples after squeezing them to fight the germs and they heal great. I use it all over the face like an astrigent, because sometimes I got many pimples and they hurt. I really LOVE this and I cannot say enough good things about it. I use to use the foam version of this which is also good. This is more for your money.
