I'm not crazy about this on its own, but add a few frozen strawberries or some sugar-free syrup (butter rum, banana, or whatever) and it's a quick healthy treat. It blends fast, too.

Throw those mushy bananas in a blendar with or w/o any other fruit you have handy, add a scoop or two of vanilla shake mix, a little water or milk and TA-DA! One of the best smoothies you have had! Yum!

I use the product daily for breakfast and sometimes for lunch. It is filling, tastes good, and keeps me going for hours. It's easy to fix (add ice and water in a blender with the mix for the best taste) and you then get a big jolt of protein (which is hard for me to get otherwise). Only negative thing is that it is too expensive unless it's on sale. When it is on sale, I buy in volume. I have recommended Carb Solutions to my friends and acquaintances. No side effects from this product.

This is alright, but the taste is not that fantastic. Very chalky. It does thicken up quite nicely though. I put in plain yogurt and makes it very good. Also use it in shakes. It is good value for the money.

I mix with water and a half cup of frozen strawberries. I add lots of ice and froth it up in the blender. I eat it with a spoon. It tastes like creamy strawberry ice cream and it takes me quite a while to finish my glass. Makes me feel like I'm eating a meal and it fills me up, for under 200 calories. LOVE IT!!

been working out in the morning and use this as my starter upper. Like the taste I only use one scoop and mix with 1 cup of skim milk as to water tastes great. helps keep me going in the morning for my walk on the tredmil. I will continue to buy it also has much more protien then some of the others I have tried.

I usually mix the vanilla and chocolate to get a mocha flavor. This is my daily quick breakfast substitute. Works well with low carb or most any diet. Can't seem to find elsewhere's lately and a regular price of [$] is too high. Hoping for a sale or may try alternate low carb mixes.
