Carb Solutions makes a GREAT chocolate and vanilla protein shake powder. It is the ONLY brand we use now. There is no chalky taste like other brands. I use it to make smoothies with frozen fruit and Silk. It also makes a great frozen coffee dring with chocolate protein powder, chocolate Silk Lite and frozen brewed coffee.

I use this mix for breakfast, snacks, late night, dessert. I mix it with my unsweetened chocolate or plain almond milk in the blender (after I freeze the almond milk in ice cube trays) and add them to blender with liquid almond milk and Carb solutions mix and blend to make a yummy frozen malt, sometimes I add a little instant coffee for a mocha flavor. The serving size on can states 2 scoops and most times I just use 1 heaving scoop of powder and it is sweet enough. This product helps me remain low carb and gives me that taste of chocolate that I crave.

I've been blending this with frozen strawberries for a breakfast smoothie for about 2 months now and it's helped me lose weight (along with exercise and eating salad for lunch most days). At first I didn't think it tasted good but I've acquired a taste for it. Chocolate tastes better than vanilla to me, and frozen fruit definitely helps. It's surprisingly filling for the amount of calorie in each serving.

Actually I share the drinks with my girlfriend.After the trials of two different tastes-Chocolate and Vanilla,my girlfriend said that chocolate is preferable and more tasty than Vanilla.However,I think that is quite dependent on personal judgement. It is easy to mix up,but not very evenly.I think the powder still need to be more tiny for better mix-up result.
