Great product! You need a blender, it doesn't mix well without one. I purchased this product at the sale price of [$]because it's more cost effective than the premixed cans, but now that the sale price has been raised to [$], I'll go back to purchasing the cans at my local store.

Just mix w/water. I throw in some ice cubes and mix it in the blender for a thick delicious shake. Sometimes I add half a banana or some strawberries too for a twist, but the shake tastes great on it's own.

I use it before bed to keep my protein levels high, but I don't want all the carbs, so low carb protein shakes are perfect for me for those reasons. The Carb Sense taste is tolerable for sure- I have had protein shakes that make me gag. And for the price, it's pretty good. It's a little watery compared to protein shakes with the carbs in them. But this also gives you the flexibility to add fruit or other carbs you want to this meal if that's what you're going for (if I'm using it during the day, I love adding peanut butter and apples in a blender). It's a very flexible product, and the taste is pretty good compared to what's out there. And the chocolate flavor is not nasty like some of the "healthy" chocolate things are. It satisfies cravings.

I prefer the vanilla, but like the chocolate. Only around 100 calories for 2 scoops and 20 grams of protein. No other shake mix I have found can beat this! DEFINITELY use a blender, the rocket blender works really well. I put 8 ounces of cold water (from the frig) into the rocket blender and then add 2 scoops and blend. Then, I add frozen fruit. With the chocolate mix, frozen strawberries or a frozen chopped banana is good. With the vanilla, frozen blueberries or frozen strawberries or a mix is great. Blend a long time. Keeps me full around 5-6 hours. I usually have one for breakfast and one after dinner if I'm craving something sweet. A little expensive, but a great product. Highly recommended!

I¿ve never been a big fan of the diet drinks ¿ they always taste ¿odd¿ or more like vitamins than a yummy shake. But based on the other positive reviews, I gave this one a try, and was pleasantly surprised. It really is good. And so easy! I mix it in the blender with some crushed ice, and it¿s great. I followed the directions for the first couple (8 oz. water with 2 level scoops), but found it to be a little strong. So now I just use a little more water/ice to the 2 scoops of powder, and I like it better. I¿ve only tried it 3-4 times so far, but will soon experiment with adding flavors ¿ strawberry, cherry, banana maybe ¿? I also can¿t attest to the weight loss factor yet, but I¿ve done low-carb before and it works very well for me, so I¿m sure this will be a positive thing to help me lose those darn holiday & winter pounds that snuck up on me!

I use this with a cup of 1% milk, some fruit (such as a banana), ice, and put it in the blender. I have it for breakfast every day, and very often as a snack in the evening. I've lost 31 pounds over the last six months, and couldn't have done it without Carb Solutions shake mix.

I have tried numerous low carb shakes and have been left very disappointed. That is until Carb Solution came along. It is the creamiest, thickest, best tasting shake I've had. I have a 6 yr. old grandson who always has to have a sip when I fix one. If he likes the taste, you know it's good. I have dropped a dress size in a month by replacing my desserts with a shake.
