This is the only product that I have found for my low carb diet that I like. I do add a spoonfull of protien powder just to boost the protien, but it's great! Tastes wonderful when mixed with diet cola, like a chocolate coke. This is the only place I have found to purchase this product.

I have found no other protein drink with only 100 calories per serving- and it tastes ok! I put frozen wild blueberries in the blender with this shake mix for breakfast everyday. Keeps me full for hours.

Mix a double batch with ice to milkshake consistency for breakfast and dinner and one large skinless chicken breast for lunch. I do this 5 days a week and eat normally (including alcohol) the other two. I drop 3-4 lbs a week. I do it at the start of every year, because I tend to put it back on after Memorial Day.

I love the rich chocolate taste, but it could use a little more sweetener. I found that this product is great for a low carb / high protein diet with very little side effects. The only thing that I found with this is that you have to mix it in a blender with a little dash of creamer to make it taste like a real milk shake.

I started using this with my P90X program and have lost 6 pounds in the first week! It taste great and keeps me filled up for about 3-4 hours. Then I take half a promax bar and some soy nuts between meals. This stuff is the bomb baby!!!!!!

If you're expecting a chocolate milkshake from the restaurant, this isn't it. It is however, drinkable, and I look forward to my shake each day. I use it for breakfast and it holds me for hours! Coffee mixed in makes it like a mocha latte! Fruit is good in the vanilla, and I like to add extracts to it. The possibilities are endless! The key is putting it in the blender, it makes it nice and smooth. I also make it with 1% milk instead of water, and that has helped on the texture, too. I plan on using this product indefinitely to control my weight and pack all those vitamins and proteins into a breakfast drink! I am not much on breakfast, but this is a great solution for the most important meal of the day!

I thought this product was discontinued because they stopped selling it at all the local grocery stores. :( I really missed it! It is the only protein powder that I like the taste of. I love working out and staying fit and this product really helps me cut out the sweets! If I crave sweets I blend 2 scoops with water/skim milk, splenda, ice and a banana. It tastes like a milkshake! Plus it has so many vitamins in it I do not need to take a vitamin supplement while using it daily. LOVE this product!!!

I drink a Chocolate shake every morning with my morning meds. I am a Gastric Bypass patient and these shakes add vitamin/mineral supplements to my diet. They are the best tasting shakes I have ever had. I use 12oz Carb Countdown Chocolate milk, mixed with 2 scoops powder and 10 medium ice cubes. YUMMY!!!!
