With the help of Carb Solutions Shakes I went from 230 pounds down to 185 in 3 months. I had my Carb Solutions Shake every morning for breakfast and I wasn't hungry for 6-7 hours. ( normaly I would have been snacking within a couple of hours). Please understand this is not a miracle cure or a substitute for good eating habits, You have th use some common sence (you can't eat a dozen donuts for lunch then go to sleep on the couch.) you have to be concious of what you eat and try to stay active. Although I have reached the weight that I want to be at I will continue to use Carb Solutions because it tastes great and it is alot cheaper than many other breakfast options

I mix this product with soy milk and water and add ice, then blend it into a thick shake - sometimes I add a banana or other fruit - yummy! I have some digestive problems and this is a wonderful high protein meal replacement for me, as well as tasting great. I love Carb Solutions.

Love this stuff!? You have to mix in a blender in order to get the best results for taste. Add your water, a handful of ice, a banana and you've got a great shake for breakfast that keeps you full for hours!! For extra protein I love the chocolate shake with a tablespoon of peanut butter added to it. Terrific!!

I recommend this product to anyone who is either diabetic or hypoglycemic like I am . You will not get any sort of reaction your blood sugar will not be affected in any way.I am extreamly sensitive to both carbs and sugar, and have found no other product that claims to be low carb that truely is. I start every day off with carb solutions and every work out with 2 scoops. I honestly do not know how I could manage my ailment without this product.
