I have been using this shake for about three years. I really like the chocolate flavor. I have tried many different powders in the past and this one is by far the best. I had lap-band surgery in 2004 and need to get about 75gms of protein a day and this is really good for that reason. I put it in the blender with 6 or 7 ice cubes, 1 cup cold water and 1 teaspoon of extract. I like it with banana flavoring really good! I have no problem with chalkiness in the blender.

I have been using this product for 2 years and I love it. My favorite is the chocolate and I get the best results by adding a few ice cubes and mixing it in the blender. When I want to get a fruit serving in at the same time, I add a low-fat fruit yogurt in the blender or a piece of fruit and it is fabulous. It makes a great-tasting, satisfying drink and/or meal and DOES NOT raise my glucose levels. All around, a perfect product.

In my opinion, this is the very best protein powder on the market. I make a daily shake consisting of: 1/2 banana, 3 large frozen strawberries, 8 oz skim milk (powdered milk works really good), 1 scoop of carb solutions protein powder, 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, few drops of honey, pinch of cinnamon. Blend & enjoy!(I like the chocolate & the vanilla for this smoothie) I served my granddaughter this smoothie from the time she was 18 months and she LOVES it. I hope this powder stays around for a long long time.

By far, the best I've tried. Try making this with one scoop chocolate and one scoop vanilla in blender with ice and water(about 16 oz) or ice and skim milk...Fabulous!

I purchased this product for the first time to use it for the additional protein boost to add to my diet for daily use to help keep my diabetes in check. The taste is great, I did not care for the vanilla, but the chocolate one has a good taste when used in a blender. A hand shaker takes longer as it has to be shaken for a longer period of time, but that's your choice. Either way, I get all I need from this product, and am very happy with it. (I am on the site now ordering 2 more cans.)

Best tasting lowest calorie protein shake I've seen or tried. All protein shakes are mild to heavy chalkiness, but this one is mild. Here's a hint, replace the mixing instructions with 1% or skim milk, and include one packet of Splenda. When mixing, use an airtight bowl with a lid, and shake vigorously. It makes delicious chocolate pudding.

I have used this product off and on for over 5 years. Everything else I've tried is horrible in comparison tastewise. I've recently started using Muscle Milk, and it's not bad. But GIVE ME MY CARB SOLUTIONS! And the bars are great, too.

I have used this product, and I absolutely love it! I love the taste, the texture, and the results I have gotten with use. I love the fact that you use water instead of milk...that makes it so much easier to use. It has never left a chalky feeling or taste in my mouth. If it has left it in yours, maybe you're not mixing it well enough and you should try a blender. I would recommend this to everyone, and will absolutely continue to purchase and use this product personally.

This is an excellent product if you crave something sweet at night before bed but can't have sugar. I have been using it as part of my low carb plan for well over 2 years. My add-in is 2 TBSP Sugar Free Peter Pan. To get the consistency right, I add only the 8 oz water and 1st scoop of shake mix, blend this, add the 2nd scoop of shake mix, blend, then finally add the 2 ice cubes and the peanut butter and blend again - on highest speed. If I don't go through all 3 blending cycles, too much of the powder gets left in the blender in clumps. I then put my shake into a plastic mug and set it in the freezer for a few minutes to thicken.

I have been using the Carb Solutions for two years, since my doctor told me I was borderline diabetic, and was unable to use Slim Fast. I was to I had to drop sixty pounds, and that I had to find something with less sugar. So, Carb Solutions met all the criteria that I needed, and had the best taste for the least sugar. However, the only store that used to carry it has dropped the product, and I am very disappointed in that. I lost over eighty pounds in two years with this product. It is a wonderful product for diabetics.
