I mix a shake up with some cinnamon and lots of ice and eat it with a spoon. It takes me quite a while to finish, so it seems like more of a meal. Filling, thick and yummy

So I have started working out about 5 times a week in the morning first thing. I have been taking this before anything and then work out then get ready and eat a real meal afterwords this helps me get energized for my workout and stay feeling satisfied. I dont care for the chocolate flavor too much but I am not big on chocolate flavored items anyway I love the Vanilla I dont mix with water I Mix with 1 cup skim milk and I only do one scoop. Gives me enough protien for my workout and I will continue to buy it

I love this product. It taste really good to the point I crave it. I usually make it with water, but every once in a while I will make it with milk. It makes it more like a chocolate smoothy. This product is expensive for the amount of servings it has. I have only been able to find this product on this site so I dont have much choice on price. It should be lower or put on sale more often.
