Horrible product. First, the cap is defective. It can't be opened with fingers - needed both hands. Then, when opened, the gel-like product oozed out uncontrollably - waste. Second, it DOES NOT lather, so it's hard to apply. Third, when applied (or should I say put on face), it DOES NOT come off clean. In fact I couldn't really tell if I got it all off. Also, it left an oily film on my hands - not the clean wash result. Fourth, it has a nasty musky odor. Bottom line is this Nivea product fails on all aspects, including price. I wouldn't even use this on my feet, much less my face!

My husband really love this face wash. This is practically the only thing that he will use. Guys...stop here...this is the face wash for you. My husband is very picky about things he uses!

I got this, as well as the Sensitive Skin Shaving Cream and Q10 lotion, for my husband. As a military man, he has to shave every day, and it's always harshed out his skin. Razor-rash EVERY DAY. Since he started using the Nivea line of facial products, he hasn't gotten razor-rash from shaving - for the first time in 13 years. He was pretty skeptical at first (I think guys don't feel that having 'products' is super manly) but he loves his Nivea stuff now. He actually ASKS me to buy more when he runs low and his skin looks and feels better than it has since I've known him. A bargain at any price. And for the men who say it dries out their skin....you don't need to exfoliate every day. That will dry you out no matter what you use. Depending on your skin type, every other day to once a week is best, paired with daily use of a nice, light, face lotion, preferably with sunscreen.

If this product had only foamed up more, I would have given it 5 stars.

This product dried my face out. I am 20 years old and have mild acne. I decided to try this product because of the reviews. I was hoping that this product would clear my skin. But it didn't, it only smelled great and dry out my skin. It made my skin look flaky and felt tight. I had to stop using this product for about 2 weeks to regain my normal skin condition. I do have mild oily skin. I don't know what type of skin this product was made for. Only recommend this product for people who don't have acne.

I had been using Clearasil for Men for a few months and I loved it. When I ran out, I bought this Nivea for Men and all of sudden my skin is super dry. It is so dry that when I put on lotion, you can still see the dry skin. I haven't been breaking out as much, but maybe that's because my skin is dehydrated.

It works for me; great product.

Really good face wash. Nothing has worked better for my skin. Makes shaving a heck of a lot easier, and the SPF 15 lotion works really good as well. It won't give you that oily shine at all.

Did not like it! When I put it on it feels like I am putting some cream on my face and not the face wash. I have only used Clinique face soap before and even though more expensive, it is much better.

Awesome cleanser. I've used probably 25-30 well-known face cleaning products in the last 15 years, including ProActiv. What I finally discovered was that my combination-skin needed a better moisture balance and all of the traditional products were too drying, which made my face easily irritated, infected, and acne-prone. This is simply the best cleanser for my combination oily- and dry- skin type I have ever used. The thing I really like is that it seems to clean thoroughly, yet remarkably gently. It really does seem to improve the moisture balance, while effectively clearing away oil and dead skin. In other words, it works like products that cost 4-5 times as much and works just as well. I was skeptical, but Nivea really hit a home run on this one. I'm a huge fan.
