This is incredible stuff - we both LOVE the tingling, warming effect, and the minty taste of the gel. It is a little numbing, but in a pleasant way! Use sparing though...it definitely heats up, and overuse can be a little hard to handle - I recommend this!!

I would only recommend this "Pleasure Balm" if you're into 1) eating overwhelming minty toothpaste gel, 2) numbness, and 3) pain. Some dripped onto my partner's genital area and sent him running to the nearest cold water source!

Terrible stuff. Regardless of the amount used, this product produced a very unpleasant burning sensation for my husband and numbed me completely. Neither of us could enjoy it. Because of the mint flavoring, we assumed it could also be used for oral sex, but it makes your mouth as numb as if you went to the dentist. I would not recommend this product to anyone who isn't getting a novocaine injection at the site of application.

I love the sensation...very unique. Tingly, but can get a bit hot. DO NOT recommend for use with condoms, though!!

I thought this might be fun to try. My partner and I hadn't seen each other in a few months and something to help things last a little longer was a plus. I must say when I first opened the package I was a bit nervous. It looked like a spreadable Bright green, mint jelly. The smell was a little stronger than I expected, which doesn't mean it was unpleasant, I just thought it would be less fragrant. I didn't notice any desensitizing for my part. My husband said it worked great until it wore off, then he felt like the sensation came back doubled. Maybe because mint has a cooling effect? All and all, the product is o.k. For the novelty factor I like it. If I were looking for a product strictly for the "extending the pleasure" aspect I'd probably look for something else next time. But then, I'm not a guy.

The cool sensation is nice, but as a woman I don't like the numbing feeling. I love to feel all the feeling and release was very difficult when my sensitive areas were numb. Sorry, but I could not recommend it for either partner because if it numbs him then he numbs me.

This can burn if used too liberally, so be careful. Otherwise, this is my very favorite goody for solitary pleasures. (And it's quite nice with a partner, too.)

I have to say that Kama Sutra makes the most palatable products of these types on the market. This product delivers what it promises...and minty fresh breath too!
