I LOVE this product!!! I have trouble finding the sensitive skin variety, but I can't live without it. I don't use it everyday, but 3-4 times a week. My skin is very sensitive, and prone to drying out, yet still gets pimples. If I use it a few times a week, it exfoliates to remove the dry skin and helps prevent breakouts. When I find it (usuallly online) I stock up!!!

I have used this product for 1 year and it kept my oily acne prone skin clear of pimples along with using dove sensitive skin soap and Neutrogena astringent kept my skin so soft and clear this scrub works better than the scrub that's specially design for acne prone and oily skin I love it and just to let you know when I switched scrubs to find something new I broke out really bad from the other scrub for oily and acne-prone skin and it doesn't even work for blackheads, but I'm going to use the rest and then go back to this wonderful product again

Well, after the original made me break out, I tried this. Although my skin feels great afterwards, the next day I am broken out. I guess scrubbing sharp granules on your skin is never a good idea.

I bought this product hoping that it would be a little less rough on my skin. The problem was that it wasn't rough enough! I had to scrub my face extra hard to get the exfoliating beads to work! And that really wasn't too good. I am definitely switching back to the regular St. Ives scrub, which actually DOES something! I don't recommend this.

I have acne prone skin and using this product seemed to help clear the breakouts. I noticed that you must use it daily to keep acne at bay. Seems to do what it is supposed to. I give it 4 stars because it doesn't cause breakouts, and my skin feels wonderful afterwards. It's not much of a miracle product though. I recommend if you are looking for something that doesn't surprise you in a positive or negative way; it is gentle, easy to use, and has no residue.

What is this? Crisco with a few scrubbies? Yeah, I think it is! It made my face feel so greasy after using it, and it made me break out the next day. I've never had that happen before. It's A LOT less scrubbing than the original scrub, so unless your skin can't handle any deep exfoliation, I'd skip this.

I've tried both this and the Invigorating, and they don't disappoint. I love them both! I just wish St. Ives made more varieties of these scrubs, because that's all I can use these days. Soap is too drying; Noxzema itches my face, and all that other medicated stuff just made my skin red and peeling. With its great smell and little exfoliating beads, it leaves my skin with a clearness and a healthy glow I've never seen before. Highly recommended!

I didn't care much for this product. I usually use the St. Ives Invigorating Facial Scrub instead and purchased this as an alternative. It's gentle to the point where I feel as though I'm rubbing thick facial cream on my skin when I'm showering, not a pleasant experience. It also leaves my skin with dry patches. I do however like the smell of the product. Can't wait to finish this though and get back to the Invigorating stuff.

I purchased this one and also the St. Ives Scrub for acne prone skin and I am glad I did...this stuff is amazing! It leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth and is gentle enough to use every day. I alternate the scrub with my Cetaphil cleanser and it does wonders for my skin. I have tried all the expensive brands in the past and you can't beat this product...an amazing value for a product that truly works. Give this one a try...your skin will thank you for it.
