I only gave this 4 stars because I just bought these today and have my first set on right now. I've read other reviews, and I do agree that towel drying my teeth first would've helped immensely. I think they are easy enough to put on, but I still have to wait my 2 weeks to see results. Just in time for school to start!

When I first bought it, I felt that it wasnt going to work and it was just going to be a waste of money. But, IT DID WORK!! And it worked really well too. A lot of people were asking, "How are your teeth so white?" I really didnt regret buying the product. There was one problem though; my bottom teeth were kind of sensitive and were a little bit painful after using. The pain lasted for a day each time I used it.

I would recommend this product. I quit smoking a while ago; I drink a lot of diet coke and some tea and coffee (rarely). My teeth had a yellow tint to them, nothing horrid, but enough to make want to whiten my teeth. My teeth are definitely whiter- not as white as I would have liked, but you can't expect too much from something over the counter. Overall, I am satisfied with this product but my teeth are not as white as I wanted. I noticed a tiny little bit of sensitivity, but not enough to make me stop and the sensitivity stopped when I was finished with the product.

I am a frequent coffee drinker, and because of it my teeth have been stained yellow. After using this product for a year now, (2 weeks at a time, using every four to five months), my teeth are noticeably whiter but it comes at a cost. I hated the taste, and they are slippery and didn't stay well on my teeth. I found it helpful to dry my teeth with a towel immediately before applying the strips to ensure good contact, and keep the towel in your mouth while keeping the strips on to avoid tasting the disgusting gel, and to soak up salivation, if you do these things, use of this product is tolerable.

I've been using these for a week or two and have not noticed any pain, but I don't have very sensitive teeth. I would try to make sure the strips are close to the gum line but don't cover any part of your gums or the top part of your teeth if you're very sensitive. There's barely any taste from the strips. I noticed some degree of whitening, but I wouldn't call it dramatic after the first week. I think they're worth it, considering what cosmetic dentist will charge.

I really noticed a difference in how my teeth looked and even felt (they just seemed smoother and cleaner) after using these. I also tried the new (7 day) pack, but they hurt my teeth, so I think these are a better bet (if you have two weeks).

This stuff is truly amazing! I don't know why anyone thinks this is expensive considering the cost of having your teeth bleached at your dentist. I saw dramatic results within the first 2 days. They can be tricky to keep on your lower teeth, but I find if you dry your teeth off with a towel before applying the strip, they seem to stick better. I have not had any problems with sensitivity or gum problems so I am not sure about what others are experiencing. These are a DEAL considering the results. Try them!
