Love this product! I didn't think the taste was so bad. They do move around a bit in your mouth, but I wear them to bed while I read so I don't have to talk. I used these 3 times back-to-back and my teeth are SO WHITE. People always ask me how I keep them so white. I drink A LOT of tea. I still use them regularly to keep them white, just a couple days a week. Also, this stuff is WAY BETTER than the new CREST NIGHT EFFECTS...that stuff is a messy, nasty disaster-stay away from it!

Once I got over the grossness factor, I was pleased with how well this product works. The soggy strips that ooze into your mouth for an hour a day are not pleasant. But beauty is never easy, and at the end of the treatment, my teeth were noticeably whiter. One of the nasty side effects to the treatment was that my teeth became very sensitive to hot and cold. When this happened, I had to stop treatments for 3-4 days until things went back to normal. I resumed treatment, and things were fine.

Hate this product...the peroxide gel gets in your mouth, has a really bad taste, and burns your lips.
