Not very user friendly!

I did see whitening occur faster than I had anticipated. I started out using the strips twice a day but had to stop as my gums got burned. They actually turned white...ouch!!...and became extremely painful and tender. I recommend this product, but I'd suggest using it maybe every other or third day and keep the gel on the strips off your gums. Also, as an FYI, the strips take a while to get the hang of applying and handling. They are floppy, slippery and not very user friendly.

I used to use once a day strips (for 5 days) got much better results than this one. Who has time to do it TWICE a day? And I don't see any difference. I guess that's what happens when you try to save a dollar. Should have bought the other one.

Do they make my teeth whiter? YES, very much so. I thought my teeth were already fairly white. Now they are almost glowing white! Are they easy to apply and keep on? YES, no problem. Do they taste ok? YES. Do they make my teeth hurt so badly that I can't hardly think straight at work? YES. Will I use them again? Not unless I decide that pain is the price of beauty that I'm willing to pay!

I love this product!! I have been using it for years and I always get compliments on how nice and white my teeth are. I hear many complaints about tooth sensitivity... I also had that problem. My hygienist recommended rinsing with a fluoride rinse before using them, this worked well for me.

This item is really great in my opinion. I noticed my teeth getting whiter after the second time I used it. My boyfriend even mentioned that he sees a difference and if you see before and after pictures it is very noticeable. I used this product once a day and the reason I gave it four stars is because it does make my teeth a little sensitive, but it does go away and it is not bad at all. I really like this product and I wasn't expecting the results I got. I just bought another box and then I will be done for now. I will definitely use this product once or twice a year. Love It

I was more than satisfied with the results and I am a regular coffee drinker. I only have to use the strips twice a year and my teeth look really white. Keep the strip away from your gums, because they do make your gums sensitive. Use Sensodyne toothpaste and the pain won't last long.

These strips do work. However; once you stop using the strips, the color goes back to its original color. So you must use regularly. It's is not worth the money at all. In the long run, it's better to go to the dentist.
