I used this upon a recommendation from my friend but didn't have as good results as she did. Firstly, the strips have to be kept in their box packaging. I couldn't travel easily with them because the gel on the strip would come off so easily. Also, the strips move around so easily in your mouth you have to keep adjusting it and this causes all the gel to be in you mouth and not on your teeth. The few times I could keep them on my teeth for the recommended time I did notice some whitening but it's just not worth it.

HINT: To remove strips without slime, use a paper towel! These work well for me. I have also used the dissolving version which also works well at night. The whitening was noticeable after the third strip. To improve the product they could make the lowers the same as the uppers in case one level needs more work than the other.

My hubbie and I used these strips before our wedding last year and they definitely work our teeth were glowing in all the photos! We both experienced sore teeth/increased sensitivity, but it was worth it since the price was SO much better than having it done at the dentist. We bought a 2-pack at Costco and neither us of finished ours, but we're holding onto them to use later for touch-ups. I agree that these are a little awkward to put/keep on. I have average-sized teeth, but when I'd fold the strip over the front, it would overlay onto my gums in the back. I was worried this would make the sensitivity problem worse so I trimmed the strips to better fit my teeth. Sometimes theyd slide around some and I'd end up removing them before 30 minutes was up. Overall, sure it's a bit of a hassle, but it works! One last thing: I heard somewhere that you shouldn't use these more than once a year or so because it can break-down your teeth over time. Just dont go overboard!

My dentist recommended this product for whitening my teeth. I've only used 4 strips on my top teeth so far and I can already see some sort of difference. I totally disagree with the person that said there gun line is receding and one of there teeth became mobile, her teeth were probably already in bad condition. I recommend this product for anyone who wants to safely whiten.

I was disappointed with the Whitestrips; they worked but I had to keep checking to make sure they were still on. They seemed to slide around on my teeth, and you have to use the whole box to get any results. They worked ok. If you really want to whiten your teeth, use Oral B's strips. They work a ton better.

I liked the product. It was easy to use. It fit in with my morning routine. I would whiten in the morning at work. Yes, it does leave a gooey film on your teeth, so brush afterwards. I did experience some sensitivity to my teeth, so I reduced my usage to once a day. My teeth are whiter then they were and I'm happy. I would definitely use this again.

You can't go anywhere like the commercial shows with them on, unless you want to drool all over the place. They are easy to put on and form to teeth, but will create a saliva build up in your mouth due to the hydrogen peroxide, so be prepared to spit. The gross part is when you go to take them out and they are gooey, but nothing soap and water can't cure. These work like a charm though! Perfect for tea drinkers like myself. They do work and I noticed a difference immediately!

I had been using the strips for two weeks when I noticed my gum line receding and one of my teeth became mobile. After following directions to the tee my gums continued to recess and I had to go to a dentist. He told me that the strips were acid and they could have caused my problems. I have not used the rest of my strips and I don't intend to. I was terribly disappointed because I use a few other Crest products and have been greatly satisfied.

I have to disagree with many reviews of this product. These are extremely easy to peel and stick on your teeth. The taste is bearable. I have had no pain or sensitivity whatsoever using the strips- definitely a white, cleaner look and smile. Well worth the money and time. Highly recommended!! As far as the gooeyness, well everything that works comes with a slight downfall. For me it isn't a downfall because soap and water do wonders to get the stickiness off your hands, and a toothbrush does wonders for getting the gooeyness out of your mouth.

I am amazed at the effectiveness of this product. I am 46 years old but my teeth immediately felt and looked incredibly cleaner and younger. I've been using the Crest Whitestrips for one week and I started with just my top teeth, wanting to "test" the results against my untreated lower teeth. But after 5 days, the difference was noticeable enough that I felt the need to begin treating my lowers, as well. One tip: after applying a strip, I very gently press the gel between my teeth and at my gum line. This has paid off because that is where I now see the most improvement. My only suggestion to Crest would be to make the lower strips longer: my mouth is smaller than average, yet the lower strip doesn't cover as much as I'd like it to.
