My partner is much larger than average and there really aren't many options out there. These are the only ones that even slightly fit him, and they're still kind of short and cut off circulation at the base. Also, we can both definitely feel that he's wearing a condom. They're really not that great, but what else are we supposed to use?

These are the only condoms I can wear due to my thickness. So naturally I would give them a 5 star rating until they make bigger ones. The media are wrong as usual, most men are very big in this area.

These arn't much bigger then the other Magnums. They still cut off circulation.They fit a little better then the Magnums, but not much.
